I've Been Waiting

A little over a month ago I commented, in passing, about "1 general home repair to be blogged about later." Well...this was it. I've mentally written this post a dozen times. I'm glad it's all over and now I'm on to the next item on my "cantaloupe" (i.e. not "honey-do") list.
